1. Choose the style:

Tell us the style, color, size, purchase quantity and country of the slippers you want. If you need brand customization, you can send your logo and design plan.

2.Quotation confirmation:

We will account for the optimal unit price, freight and total payment within one working day. After both parties confirm all the terms, we will issue a formal order invoice.

3. Pay the deposit:

You can pay the deposit through TT wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union and other secure channels, and we will arrange the production as soon as we receive the deposit.

4. Production and quality inspection:

Strictly follow the confirmed sample details, and check the quality, quantity and appearance of the goods one by one before shipment. During the production period, you can ask us for real production photos and quality inspection videos.

5.SETTLE THE TAIL PAYMENT AND ARRANGE THE SHIPMENT:

After the production is completed, you pay the final payment, and we will ship the goods according to the agreed logistics. After the goods leave the warehouse, the logistics order number and customs clearance documents will be synchronized.

6. After-sales guarantee:

Follow up the goods throughout the whole process until you sign for them smoothly. If you encounter problems related to product quality and logistics, we will provide perfect after-sales handling.

  • Logistics follow-up service: We will track the logistics throughout the whole process until you sign for the goods smoothly. If there is a problem of logistics delay, loss of goods, customs clearance obstruction, we will assist in docking logistics processing.
  • Quality problem handling: If you find that the slippers have production defects, wrong size, color delivery, style does not match the confirmed sample and other problems within 7 days of receiving the goods, please provide clear photos and video vouchers, and we can arrange replacement, partial refund or discount compensation for the next order for you.
  • Customized order docking throughout the whole process: OEM/ODM branded customized orders, communication and docking throughout the production stage. If you have any fine-tuning needs before shipment, we will actively cooperate with the adjustment.
